Filipino Sotanghon Guisado
FILIPINO SOTANGHON GUISADO
1. Fry garlic and onion in hot oil, then add chicken, and/or shrimp, pork, vegetable according to different taste, and sauté them to cooked condition;
2. Add some chicken broth (or shrimp broth) then bring to a boil;
3. Add pre-soaked TIANTAN BRAND SOTANGHON;
4. Season with salt, soy sauce, pepper or other condiments to your taste;
5. Mix well and simmer, until noodles are tender and cooked;
6. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
